3. Returns of Unused Products
If you are returning unused products that meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1, we will offer you the following options:

- Refund: If you prefer a refund for the returned product(s), we will process a refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Returns of Used Products
If the skincare product(s) has been used, a partial refund will be granted at the discretion of SAOR Skin. The amount of the partial refund will depend on the condition of the returned product(s) and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) to SAOR Skin. Please ensure that the product(s) are securely packaged and adequately protected during transit. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe arrival of your return.
6. Lost in Transit
SAOR Skin is not responsible for returns that are lost in transit. We advise you to retain proof of shipment and tracking information when returning products to us.
